Consolidate fragmented data in SMS, Whatsapp, Email

Most instructions on site are face to face and undocumented. Photos and messages are scattered across SMS, Whatsapp and Emails. This insightful data is created while you are driving work in place on-site, but is never used for further tracking and reporting. 

Billie can streamline the work-in-progress communication data and repurpose it for useful reports and issue lists, so you can avoid double-handling data. Follow the simple steps below to get started.

1. Field walk,
capture issues by
voice and photos

  • Open a walk for a specific location e.g. Elma house or West Wing 2F

  • Using Billie's issue blocks, drop voice memo and photos issue by issue

  • Swipe back to any issue block to add more info

  • Document all field issues effortlessly

2. Communicate with trades

  • If the trade is on-site, discuss the issue face-to-face

  • Show them photos from Billie if they're not at the specific location

  • Send them the whole issue block, transcription and photos, via Whatsapp, SMS and email to leave record

3. Track issue status

  • Review previous walks by dates or locations

  • Leave remarks in issues that are still not resolved

  • Select unresolved issues and make a photo report to follow up with trades
